We are seeking motivated, career鈥慸riven recent graduates鈥攐r soon鈥憈o鈥慴e graduates鈥攊n Mechatronics for an 18鈥憁onth Maintenance Apprenticeship within a large manufacturing facility. This structured program provides hands鈥憃n technical training, classroom instruction, and real鈥憌orld maintenance experience alongside seasoned Maintenance Technicians.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, candidates will be eligible for promotion to Level I Maintenance Technician.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Mechatronics
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must complete an interview and Aptitude Testing
- Must be willing to work any shift
Apprentices begin the program with eight weeks of classroom and hands鈥憃n lab instruction. This phase focuses on building foundational technical skills essential for maintenance work, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and troubleshooting competencies.
On-the-Job Training
After completing the initial training period, apprentices will transition to working alongside qualified Maintenance Technicians. Under direct mentorship, apprentices will:
- Support equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Learn safe work practices within an industrial environment
- Gain exposure to manufacturing systems, automation, and facility processes
