PTC’s work to implement the Lean methodology in a community college setting has been selected as a finalist for a prestigious 2012 Bellwether Award, which recognizes outstanding, innovative programs and practices that are successfully leading community colleges into the future.

After completing an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Rex Reece is on track to complete his bachelor’s degree by summer 2012. He said he is keeping his options open for a possible master’s degree down the road.
